In Social Studies class we are doing some research about a person we would like to write about. Then in Language arts we are going to post it on our blog.
I picked Hammurabi. Hammurabi is the King of Babylon. He belongs to Ancient Mesopotamia. He is the sixth in his family to rule the area of Babylonia. Hammurabi reigned over the Babylonia Empire from 1792 BC until his death in 1750 BC. He extended his empire from the Persian Gulf through the Tigris and Euphrates River and westward to the Mediterranean Sea. Which now Babylonia was located in what is now southern Iraq.
Hammurabi’s code of laws was an impact to his civilization. Money and Business was extremely important to Hammurabi.

I agree with your score based on the Student Blog Project Rubric. You should stick to past tense–was instead of is. Also, when you cite your sources they need to be the specific sites where you got the information.
